will start Friday, July 23 (21.30) the twelfth edition of "The Song of Naples", journey through the music and Neapolitan songs led by Peppe Napolitano, a student of Maestro Sergio Bruni New Singers and Naples.
The event will be held every Friday until August 20 in the beautiful cloister of St. Maria La Nova in Naples (fare: 10 €). Peppe Napolitano - accompanied by Michele De Martino Propolis on mandolin and Paul on guitar - will perform a repertoire ranging from the '500 villanelle and the song digiacomiana postdigiacomiana, retracing the path of the Neapolitan song tradition in its strictest form, as an amateur free and oleography.
